Guess who is a DT

Yep me, I have just been chosen for a DT position at roll2create a fantastic online shop and forum. I am so excited about it, it is a fabulous forum and they have lots of challenges and a great bunch of people.
This is my first challenge for the site it is a colour challenge, you have to do a monochrome LO using the colour red to find out more about it click here

Some exciting news.............

We have some exciting news at our house: - We have a new puppy, yet to be named. These are the fist photos of her. One with me at work. I had to pick her up and take her to work with me.

Of her gorgeous face. She is a german shepherd and she is adorable.

I have also been busy doing some scrapping and I have just been asked to be a site mod over at roll2create next step is to get a DT position somewhere. I was shocked when Caroline asked me, I have never done anything like that before but it is good experience. Anyway here are my latest creations.

A swap sketch challenge for Keza

This one I did for the CC over at Top 50 not really happy with this it needs something else any suggestions are welcome.

This was from a Random Challenge at 123, where I had to use paint, bling and 4 photos. I was pleased with the results.

Another one from the Top 50 CC you had to scrap about your insecruities.

Well thats it from me for now will try and update with some better photos of the new pup and hopefully with a name.

Busy Time

Well I have been busy getting back to work and getting the boys back to school. It has been a hectic couple of weeks especially with the Bushfires here in Victoria. DH has been working up at the bushfire sites and comes home tired and full of terrible stories. But I have managed to do some scrapping as well. Mainly for challenges and swaps but at least I am getting photos scrapped. I have been experimenting with different techniques and styles and am happy with the results.


I have also been taking some self portraits and getting use to taking my own photo with some good and bad results, here is a couple that I like.

The Valentines Day Card I made for DH, it was also from the monthly sketches from the SM Forum.

The next two are for Caroline's challenge from roll2create this LO you had to do about someone you love and journal about why you love them. Of course this one is about my DH whom I love to bits. The journally that is under the photo.

This is one I did for the monthly swap at SM, I really like it, it turned out great. I also used it for Week 4 of the 45 week challenge at top 50 where you had to use a song in the LO. This one I did for the monthly sketch challenge at SM Forum.

This one is for the monthly sketch challenge at Top 50. I really like this one, it took a long time to do as I played around with the photos and could decide on what PP to use but it eventually came together.

Some scrapping

MY god hasn't the weather here in Melbourne been unbearable. I love the heat but the last few days have been too hot.

No work on our extension because of the weather, boy I can't wait till it's finished.

Here's some of the work that I have been doing over the last week or so.

Week 2 of the 45 week challenge at Top 50, I am not putting up week 1 because I hate it. The challenge for week 2 was to use the coulour combo of black, blue and dark green or purple, orange and red. I chose the first combo for this LO of Ronnie Skimboarding at Safety Beach Dromana in January 07.
