Some scrapping and chatting

There goes one of my News resolutions (to blog daily) but I can hardly get on the computer both the boys are busy play WOW and doing raids, so haven't been able to but I am determined to blog as often as I can (my life's pretty boring anyway LOL) '
So what's been happening since I last blogged, went down to Dromana for the Strawberry festival as DH had organised for his cobra club mates to take their cars down to show.
My DS2 has started back a gymnastics training so I have been putting in a few hours of work updating the website. DS1 went off to Melbourne Uni and did a science thing for three days, he really had a good time. The boys are also doing Kiteboarding lessons, they have had 1 and we went yesterday for their 2nd one but it became too windy for my DS2 (he only weighs 46 Kilos and he's 13YO) so they didn't get to do that lesson but we have booked in on Sunday and hopefully it won't be too windy.
On Monday I have to go in for Day surgery (girly problems) YUK but hopefully everything will be fixed and OKAY. Next week I have a coaching workshop to attend and also a first aide course (both for work), then it is back to work for me on the 27th January.
On the scrapping front at the moment I am doing a CC over at Scrapbooking Memories which is fun I have done two LO's and am waiting on the 3 and 4th Challenges. I have also done a couple of challenges from a new online site (roll2create) which has been fun. It's has a great forum and Ruby and Kylie from the SM forum are on the Design Team their so it is great to already know some people on the site. If you want to come and look they have opened the store and it is filling with some awesome stuff, and for the month of January EVERYTHING is 10% off! What a bargain!
There is also a very cool forum to join. Feel free to come on over (and use "scrapajar" as your referral so I get some points! LOL) and join in the chat and the challenges.
Look what we found at PIT Gymnastics (this is where I work and where DS trains)
isn't he massive, one of the mum lives in Broadford and has a couple of other lizards so she took him home with her, otherwise next week when all the gymnasts come back he will be spooked.
The boys getting ready for the first Kiteboarding lesson

Challenge one from the SM CC, you had to use different alphas (colour, size etc), doodling (mines pretty ordinary) and an arrow.

This is for the 2nd Challenge: 1 large photo, bling and journalling

This ones for roll2create Design Team Challenges. This one is for Ruby's Challenge.

Happy scrapping everyone.

Well today was the day that I went to see the gynecologist. Yuck. Have been having a bit of womanly problems so off I went. The good news that it isn't serious, have been a little worried about what could be wrong the bad news is that I have to have a little op to get rid of a pollup.
I will be going into hospital on the 19th January to have a bit of a clean up. Perhaps I could have a tummy tuck at the same time LOL.
Not much else happening here will endeavour to get some photos printed, this may inspire me, god knows I need something tool.

Day 5 - 5th January, 2009

Not much happening here. seem to have lost my mojo. Need to get some photo developed so I can try and get it back. Just not in the mood to scrap.
I have been on a diet since the New Year and am doing really well. I am walking for about an hour every morning and am feeling better for it. I want to loose about 10 Kilo's and loose my love handles and stomach.
Will keep you posted on that front as well.

1 January 2009

Day 1 of my post for the year, my New Years Resolution was to try and blogg every day so far so good LOL.

Last night we went to the Docklands and watched the fireworks , we only stayed for the first lot as we wanted to be home for New Years.

Took some photos of the family and the fire works , they were magnificent.

Today I did some scrapping, I finished off a OTP project for Top 50 Challenge and am quite happy with it. It is 4 board books which is dedicated to the song The 12 Days of Christmas. Inside the books are the lyrics of the song plus pics and also I will also put some photos of what happens on those days here at our house.

DH and I before the fireworks.

The four board books

The books and the open box that they are housed in.

And here are some photos of the fireworks, are they stupendous.
I am really happy how they came out.

And lastly a photo of my three boys.
